2. Inhalt und Themen


Die Veranstaltung vermittelt Grundkenntnisse der Bioinformatik im Hinblick auf künftige Tätigkeitsfelder von (Medizin-) Informatikern im Bereich der molekularen Medizin und Biotechnologie. Es sollen Grundlagen und praktisch verwendbare Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten vermittelt werden, die es erlauben DNA- und Proteinsequenzen zu vergleichen und zu analysieren, sowie Modelle zu entwickeln.
