Inferring Boolean network structure via correlation

As an additional supplementary material we provide the preprocessed yeast time series data used in our paper [1]. It was created via the k-means clustering algorithm with k=2 clusters.


The subfolder "Datasets" contains the binarized time series datasets. We also provide the R script we used to create these datasets.
