Tutorial: Document Deep Dive

Each document in the database that mentions at least one gene is listed in the scrollable view

1. Select a document to add it to the list for analysis and to the statistics on the right.
2. You can collapse or expand the card to view more or less information.
3. The card shows the article ID, ...
4. the publication year, ...
5. the journal, ...
6. the article type(s), ...
7. the authors, doi, MeSH Terms/Keywords (if available). Click on "more" to reveal the complete list.
8. Also, you can see the most frequent genes within each document directly, and a click on "more" again reveals more extensive list.
