2. Inhalt und Themen

Die Studierenden sollen die grundlegenden Zusammenhänge und Herausforderungen aus dem Bereich der Bioinformatik und Systembiologie verstehen. Darüber hinaus sollen die Studierenden das selbstständige Arbeiten in einem wissenschaftlichen Themengebiet erlernen.

  • DNA Sequenzanalyse (mit Themen zum Sequenzvergleich, dem Assemblieren von Sequenzen, der Genvorhersage, etc.)
  • RNA Strukturvorhersage, Auswertung von Microarrays, etc.
  • Methoden des maschinellen Lernens (Klassifikation, Clustering, etc.)
  • Systembiologie (Modellierung mit Booleschen Netzwerken, Bayessche Netze, Netzwerkvergleich, Eigenschaften biologischer Graphen, etc.)
